Job summary

The Scotsman Hospitality is seeking a Commis Chef to support senior chefs with ingredient prep and high-quality food standards across our venues. You will ensure meals meet menu specs and adhere to hygiene and safety standards, contributing to a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You'll work shifts including evenings and weekends, gaining exposure to Scotland's hospitality scene within a diverse group of venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
