Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is looking for a Commis Chef to support the Head Chef and help run a busy kitchen in line with our standards. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in every plate served to our guests.

You’ll have opportunities to learn and progress through our Junior Chef Programme and training sessions, with perks such as special room rates, wellbeing initiatives, and staff recognition.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.
