Job summary

Leonardo London Aldgate is looking for a Commis Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen, helping deliver consistent quality and memorable guest experiences. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in each dish.

The role offers training, progression opportunities including our Junior Chef Programme, plus staff perks such as special hotel room rates, wellbeing initiatives, and recognition schemes.
