Job summary

Marston’s is hiring a Commis Chef in Shoreham-by-Sea to join a busy pub kitchen. You’ll prep and help bring the menu to life, learning recipes and kitchen procedures while supporting a small team in a fast-paced environment.

We offer up to £13.50 per hour for 35 hours per week under a reliable hours contract, with opportunities to progress through our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

As Commis Chef:
