Job summary

Marston's PLC is hiring a Commis Chef to join our pub teams. You will prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and contributing to daily kitchen work.

If you have experience as a chef or KP, you’ll fit in a fast-paced team and grow toward Sous Chef through our DNA pathway, with support along the way.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team and deliver food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and contribute to meals from first attempt to service.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations.
• Own a section of the kitchen and help maintain standards.
