Job summary

Marston’s in Poole is looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.

You’ll learn new prep skills, support the kitchen team, and own a section of the kitchen as you grow your career. A passion for delivering great, hot food to specification is essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as a KP.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with prep and cooking tasks.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen standards.

As Commis Chef:There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
