Join our team as a Commis Chef in an 18th-century tavern, thoughtfully updated by St Austell Family Group to showcase character features with modern comforts. Situated at the heart of what many consider 'The Pearl of Dorset', this tranquil location offers a unique working environment.

Are you enthusiastic about cooking and experienced in fast-paced environments? Work alongside passionate colleagues, using locally sourced ingredients to create delightful dishes that impress our guests. As a Commis Chef, you will assist in food preparation, follow correct procedures, and ensure each dish meets specifications.
