Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos Blackpool is hiring a Sous Chef to lead in a fast-paced kitchen environment on a 24/7 casino site. You’ll balance team leadership, cooking excellence, and financial duties, stepping in for the Head Chef when needed.

The role requires strong cooking skills, proven leadership, and a commitment to food safety, with flexibility for night shifts and weekends in a busy entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage stock, control costs, and minimize waste.
• Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business.
