Job summary

CH&CO in Leeds is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join a busy kitchen on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). You will support senior chefs to produce high-quality meals for clients, while upholding food safety standards and brand guidelines.

You'll work as part of a passionate team, develop your culinary skills, and benefit from training and progression opportunities within Compass Group UK's CH&CO division, including wellbeing and discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or strong interest in food preparation.
• Good communication and team player.
• Able to follow recipes and health/safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes as part of a busy kitchen.
• Assist with daily kitchen tasks and cleaning.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commis Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
