Compass Group UK&I, in Shipston-on-Stour, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead and deliver exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full-time basis. You'll work with a passionate team to maintain high standards, drive cost controls and uphold safety and quality across all shifts.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate team to create an outstanding culinary experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers

• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
