CH&CO, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional food experiences on a full-time basis (40 hours/week). You will join a passionate team and drive culinary excellence with fresh ingredients, while balancing work-life and career development.

• Support the team with ordering, stock control and minimising waste.
• Oversee kitchen duties to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to budgeting and achieving financial targets.
• Represent the Compass Group UK&I brand in every shift.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate team to create an outstanding culinary experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service

• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
