Job summary

Anglian Country Inns is seeking a dedicated kitchen professional to drive ingredient standards and ensure everything is in its right place in a busy kitchen. You will model high standards, support the team, and engage with guests to deliver smiles while upholding the ACI values and mission of making people happy.

You will help ensure safety, organisation and clear communication in a fast-paced service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere across our nine award-winning sites in East Anglia.

You are driving the standards for all our ingredients, ensuring everything is in it's right place and asking questions about everything in the kitchen, the knowledge and engine in our kitchen team. Our kitchens are busy places so a level head, great organisation, delivered every time, with a smile, is the key to success.
