Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy pub kitchen in Birmingham. You’ll prep, create and bring the pub menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

You'll work in a friendly team, support day-to-day kitchen operations, and deliver hot meals to spec. We offer an internal career pathway, flexible hours, and benefits that recognise your contribution and commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
