Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a commercial or professional kitchen.
• Level 2 Food Safety and basic allergen training.
• Strong communication skills with good English (CEFR A2–B1).
• Confident IT and MS Office user.
• Bonus: hotel kitchen experience, 3+ years catering experience, Level 3 Food Safety, passion for food.

About The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. You’ll support the preparation and presentation of dishes across multiple sections, helping deliver consistent, high‑quality food that enhances every guest experience.
