As Commis Chef you will be working with the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients, assisting the kitchen brigade in the daily preparation and service of outstanding food and menus. You will ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that your designated section, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel.
The ideal candidate will be a great team player with excellent communications skills and the ability to take instructions, and have an absolute passion and commitment to learn using exceptional quality ingredients to ensure the highest standards are achieved on a daily basis. Previous experience gained within a similar role would be beneficial for this role.
