Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team in Glasgow. You will work alongside the chefs to deliver consistent dishes in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a high-energy, customer-focused dining experience.

The role requires prior busy-kitchen experience, solid knowledge of HACCP food safety standards, and a collaborative approach. Flexible night and weekend shifts are available in a 24/7 casino setting, with paid training and clear progression opportunities.

Skills & Experience Needed

To be successful in this role, you’ll need previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, a strong understanding of food safety standards (including HACCP), and a passion for delivering great service as part of a team.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
