This is a great opportunity to join our team of experienced chefs responsible for creating innovative, nutritious food that is healthy and tastes great. At Ragdale, we use fresh produce and prepare most of our food in-house, including ice creams, sorbets, breads, stocks, and sauces. You will work in a professional environment with opportunities and support to improve your skills and progress.
Our award-winning spa delivers exceptional cuisine to roughly 200 guests per day. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in food preparation or professional cookery; Level 2 Hygiene is desirable.
39 hours per week on a rota basis between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, including some weekends.
£24,417.12 per annum.
