Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our friendly pub kitchen. You’ll prep and help bring our menu to life, learning new techniques and owning a section of the kitchen.

The role offers growth within our internal DNA pathways toward becoming a Sous Chef, with support as you develop your skills while delivering high‑quality dishes. You’ll join a team in a fast‑paced environment where passion for great, hot food and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
