Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a pub kitchen. You’ll prep and bring our menu to life, learning the skills to own a section of the kitchen and contribute to consistent, high‑quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a Kitchen Porter (KP).
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Commitment to delivering hot food to spec every time.

As Commis Chef:There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP

• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
