Job summary

Marston's in the UK is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll fit right in if you have a passion for food and enjoy learning new prepping skills, delivering dishes to spec, and taking ownership of a kitchen section.

As a Commis Chef, you’ll grow your career through our internal pathway, with opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef while developing essential kitchen skills in a busy, friendly pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as a KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering great, hot food to spec.
