Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Leicester is looking for a Commis Chef to join our busy pub kitchen. You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

You'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and delivering great, hot food to spec every time. We offer an internal career pathway toward Sous Chef, flexible and part-time hours, and benefits including meal deals and staff

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
