- Ensure HACCP and COSHH compliance in all food outlets
- Minimize wastage through proper control methods
- Keep kitchen equipment in working order and report issues
- Be familiar with hotel products and organization
- Prepare the department for business
- Follow company control procedures and internal audit requirements
- Store food items properly and adhere to delivery protocols
- Be energy conscious by turning off unused equipment and lights
