LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help deliver magical experiences for guests. The role involves preparing and cooking for our hotel guests, maintaining menu knowledge, and working with a team to uphold brand standards and food safety.

With full-time shifts across breakfast and evening periods, weekend availability is essential. We offer training, development opportunities, free parking, and attractive benefits to support your growth in a vibrant resort

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food for our hotel guests.
• Developing and maintaining a full knowledge of menu items and dishes served.
• Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding to maintain food levels, quality and brand standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
• Working with the other chefs to ensure all shift opening and closing checklists are completed.
• Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks and undertaking relevant training as required.

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort has a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our team!

We are ONE Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and we are committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team!

Spanning across two hotels and our very own holiday village, a day in our operation is never dull.

Shift opportunities include:

• Full Time (5 days out of 7)
• Breakfast Shifts (6am until 2pm)
• Evening Shifts (2pm until 10pm)
• Due to the nature of the operation, weekend availability is essential
