An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated Commis Chef to join our team. This position includes mornings, evenings & weekends.

The Role:

To assist with the preparation cooking and presentation of all dishes in order that guests receive efficient service and high quality dishes.

Responsibilities.

• To maintain high standards of working practices in terms of personal hygiene, appearance and working methods.
• To support with various cleaning duties as required.
• To be fully aware of and strictly observe Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Security policies and procedures.
• To follow all food safety guidelines
• To attend & complete all training

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Commis Chef and have the ability to perform under pressure.

The Holiday Inn Bolton is a busy city centre hotel with 132 bedrooms.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate they can work alone and as part of a team.
