Bovis in London is recruiting an Assistant Commercial Manager (Assistant Quantity Surveyor) to support commercial and financial elements on a high value construction project from pre-construction in London to mobilisation on site.

The role involves safeguarding commercial interests, managing risk, income and expenditure, and contributing to timely, safe project delivery while meeting client expectations and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction degree.
• Experience with pre-construction and final accounts.
• CSCS card held or in progress.
• Professional construction qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial and financial elements on high value, complex construction projects.
• Support pre-construction, delivery and final accounts stages.
• Safeguard company financial interests by managing commercial risk and expenditure.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to meet client expectations.
