Eaton Syalon Ltd is partnering with a Burton-on-Trent based employer to recruit a part-qualified Management Accountant. You will own management accounts for multiple group entities and work with operational stakeholders to understand profitability and performance drivers.

The role focuses on more than reporting monthly numbers, offering scope for commercial exposure and career growth within a growing group. Study support is provided.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA with practical management accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Month-end experience and ability to interpret variances.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts across a portfolio of group entities.
• Perform accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide commentary on performance and support business partnering.
