Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to join the finance team. The role is permanent, based on site, and suited to part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA professionals who want to influence decision-making and business performance.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will deliver timely management accounts, provide insightful analysis, manage month-end processes, and contribute to budgets and board packs as the business grows.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA part-qualified, finalist or fully qualified.
• Experience preparing management accounts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Present monthly results and commentary to senior management.
• Process month-end journals, accruals and intercompany entries.
• Maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
