Job description

Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Covering the Hereford, Worcester, and surrounding Areas

Package: £28,000 Base Salary + bonus - OTE £80,000-£100,000 (uncapped) and Tax Efficient Company Car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm

Our client is one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.

The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive will be selling vans in the Hereford, Worcester, and surrounding regions.

The role involves a mixture of home-based work, field visits to new and existing retail clients, and dealership visits within your region.

The target is to sell 1-15 vans to small/medium-sized clients.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be key to the dealership's success, driving van sales to a diverse clientele. The role requires proactive business development, building long-term relationships with customers, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and advise on suitable vehicle options.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest commercial vehicle models and industry trends.
  • Negotiate sales and close deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and finance departments for a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in promotional events to enhance market presence.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle or van sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Full UK driving license.
