Job description

We are recruiting for a well-established London Commercial Valuation team as a Director. In this role, you will play a major role in driving growth, elevating client service, and developing a high-quality group of valuation professionals. Reporting to the National Head of Valuation, you will help oversee a team of 10 and lead some major business accounts.

You will deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties, while championing service excellence and commercial success.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  1. Grow and develop the valuation offering in the central and greater London region.
  2. Develop regional strategy alongside the National Head.
  3. Provide first-class valuation services to multiple clients.
  4. Engage in fee earning and develop new business opportunities.
  5. Mentor and develop the next generation of directors.
  6. Maintain high standards of quality and compliance, inspiring an entrepreneurial mindset.
  7. Set a positive example and enforce best practices regarding audit and compliance.
  8. Exploit cross-sell opportunities within the service line and participate in client development activities.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
  1. Proven leadership in business development and people management, with a commercial mindset.
  2. Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, especially for loan security and financial reporting.
  3. Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus.
  4. Entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing teams and service lines.
