Job Purpose: Your purpose is to set the highest possible professional standards and help deliver growth for the London Commercial Team, the Valuation Service Line, and Lambert Smith Hampton as a whole. As a director, you will be responsible for a range of designated activities that will ensure a top-quality service to our clients while driving high-level team contribution and engagement. The role involves deputising for the team leader, line management, and quality control within the team of seven fee earners, and playing a lead role in key client management nationally. The team provides valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy services across London and the Home Counties. You will play a leading role in executing the business plan, setting KPIs, and managing your team’s P&L. You should identify growth opportunities and establish yourself as an authority in real estate valuations, while promoting innovation, compliance, and business development initiatives.
