Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is recruiting an experienced Commercial Tyre Technician to join our Tilbury depot. You will fit and repair tyres across car, van, truck, agricultural and industrial fleets, delivering an outstanding service to customers both roadside and in depot.

Candidates must hold a REACT licence to work safely roadside, a full driving licence, RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

Skills & Experience:

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside
• Possess a full, current driving licence
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.
