Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is recruiting a Commercial Tyre Fitter to service a nationwide fleet network. You will fit and repair tyres across cars, vans, trucks and heavy equipment, both roadside and in depots, with a focus on delivering great customer service.

This mobile role offers a van, tools and PPE, a competitive uncapped bonus scheme, and a structured training path within the UK’s largest automotive service provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitting tyres for multiple vehicle types (cars to trucks).
• Full, current driving licence required.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres for car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover in road or depot settings.
• Provide exceptional customer service at HCFS locations.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

Skills & Experience:

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside
• Possess a full, current driving licence
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.
