Job summary

SSQ is recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm to expand its highly regarded TMT team in London. This full-time Associate role (2-5 PQE) focuses on sophisticated commercial and technology work, including SaaS, cloud arrangements, licensing and AI issues.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years PQE in TMT with experience in commercial contracts, technology transactions or outsourcing, a commercially minded approach, and enjoys client interaction.
