Job summary

Softcat plc invites applications for its Commercial Internship Programme for 2027. This 12‑month placement gives undergraduates exposure to marketing, vendor alliances, cloud, data strategy, and customer experience within Softcat's Commercial team.

You'll work on real projects, develop communication and data skills, and collaborate with multiple departments. Start date July 5, 2027, with a structured recruitment process including video interview and virtual assessment centre.

Qualifications

• A current undergraduate University student studying in the UK/Ireland in your penultimate year, from any degree discipline.
• Passionate about the tech industry and eager to learn.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships externally and internally.

Responsibilities

• Join a specialist team and take on meaningful responsibilities and duties.
• Collaborate and engage across departments to deliver top‑tier service.
• Build key skills such as communication, data skills, prioritisation, organisation and teamwork.
• Work with other Softcat Interns on exciting group projects.
