Job summary

Getlink is seeking a Commercial Business Support Tester to assist in testing, validation and implementation of changes to Passenger Commercial systems. You will collaborate with MIS and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with commercial rules and to support project delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience with testing tools. The contract is fixed-term with potential for extension, and some shifts may occur outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Support Testing Manager with documentation for system developments.
• Develop, maintain and execute test scenarios and strategies.
• Analyse test results and provide recommendations.
• Investigate impact of enhancements and defects on commercial processes.
• Create user stories and perform testing for new developments.
• Identify and communicate defects to resolution, provide user guidance.
• Produce user documentation and deliver end-user training.
• Contribute to production releases and occasional outside-hours work.
