About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Enviroenergy Customer Service Team on a full-time fixed-term 18-month contract. The role involves working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call rota covering outside of normal office hours, including weekends. You will be the first point of contact for Commercial and Domestic customers primarily via telephone, but also through other channels. Responsibilities include account billing, investigations, queries, and mailbox management.
You will serve as a main contact within the contact centre, identifying customer needs and addressing them effectively or referring to the appropriate department or external organization. You will also support the Customer Services team and other officers with administrative duties.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
