Job summary

The Commercial Operations Specialist at TCR Group will support and streamline key UK & Ireland processes, ensuring timely delivery of contracts and pricing, and act as a vital link between the UK team and Head Office to drive business growth.

You will own core operational workflows, manage contract flow-downs, improve processes, and communicate effectively with customers and internal partners to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel capability and data-driven approach.
• Experience in commercial or operations roles, with process-improvement exposure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills.

• Experience in a commercial or operational role (preferred).
• Aviation industry knowledge (desirable).

Working Hours
