Job summary

Andron Facilities Management seeks a Head of Commercials to lead the business' commercial function, manage the commercial team and provide governance across operations, bid activity, contract management and the wider organisation.

The role focuses on contractual changes, margin reporting, benchmarking, and supplier/client negotiations to maximise value while controlling commercial risk.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in a similar industry sector (e.g., facilities management).
• Significant senior commercial leadership experience.
• Ability to develop and implement robust commercial processes, governance and reporting.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function and team, overseeing workload, priorities and line management.
• Provide commercial governance, pricing frameworks, client budgeting and contract management support.
• Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to maximise value and reduce risk.
• Oversee margin reporting, cost of sales reviews and CAFM-based contract controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of commercial systems and processes and risk management.
