Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with commercial law experience.
• Proven track record drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of data protection, IT/tech and IP law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Advise stakeholders on legal risk and contract strategy.
• Support research partnerships and international commercial matters.
