Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Providing legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

The successful candidate:

• 2 + years PQE
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
