Profile

The In‑house Commercial Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 2‑5 years' PQE in commercial or technology law
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Confident working with stakeholders in a large, complex organisation
• Commercially minded with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous
