THE ROLE:
You will manage a diverse commercial caseload for clients including start-ups, charities, SMEs, UK subsidiaries of multinational corporations, and other domestic private sector businesses. The role involves drafting various commercial agreements and bespoke licences, advising on IP, IT, and data protection matters, providing corporate support, and staying informed on emerging technologies like AI. You will also represent and promote the team and firm at networking events, proactively engaging in business development efforts, while supporting the development and supervision of junior team members.


THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE with experience ideally gained at a commercial law firm or in-house environment. You should be motivated and confident in handling your own caseload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
