Commercial Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked team at a leading Warwickshire-based law firm. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a progressive and collaborative team working with a broad client base across a diverse range of sectors.

The Role:
As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be working closely with a well-established team of experts, advising on a broad spectrum of commercial matters. The team is recognised for its client-centric approach, technical excellence, and pragmatic advice.

You will work with an impressive portfolio of clients, including national and regional businesses across key sectors such as retail, manufacturing, IT, technology, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply of goods and services, distribution agreements, IT and technology contracts, and terms & conditions of business.
2. Supporting on data protection, intellectual property, and outsourcing matters.
3. Building and developing strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored commercial solutions.
4. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, including corporate, employment, and dispute resolution teams, on cross-disciplinary matters.
5. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the team's continued success.

About You:

1. Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in commercial law.
2. Solid experience in handling a broad range of commercial matters.
3. Strong client care skills and the ability to provide commercially-focused advice.
4. Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
5. A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to get involved in business development activities.
