Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Commercial Skills Leader - Orthopaedics for a hybrid role based in Leeds, UK, with consideration for other European locations. You will lead the design and delivery of sales skills programs, align curricula to market needs, and drive adoption of a standardized selling process across EMEA.

The role requires a decade of healthcare sales/marketing experience, strong orthopaedics knowledge, and proven leadership in a global, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Education: Degree or other training qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in healthcare sales and marketing with a proven track record.
• Orthopaedics knowledge or experience is required.
• Leadership: 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior corporate leadership.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of commercial sales skills enablement across EMEA.
• Build capability to support the sales team’s skills development.
• Design onboarding and continuous learning pathways with coaching disciplines.
• Drive adoption of Challenger sales process and CRM discipline.
• Develop KPIs and lead continuous improvement using data and feedback.
