Commercial Senior Associate | Working alongside a Top 10 International Firm Partner

The Firm

The Role

You will work closely with the Managing Partner of the firm within the Commercial team and be supported across the firm to drive the business forward.

You will collaborate with industry leaders and handle various commercial agreements, including trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing, and joint ventures.

The team advises on all commercial agreements related to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (through agents, distributors, or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.
