Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Commercial Sales Manager, to be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced sales department, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction at our Transit Centre in Swindon. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £37,000 and an OTE of £57,000 reporting to General Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for this position we would expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Strong previous experience gained from a similar management role within a branded commercial vehicle or car dealership
  • A full UK Driving licence
  • Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department
  • A strong work ethic
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company KPIs are achieved
  • Ensuring AMG legislative and FCA compliance is managed
  • Ensuring all procedures and attitudes are in place throughout their area of responsibility to deliver excellent levels of service.
  • Effectively analysing and interpreting all types of commercial data
