Unyk Solutions seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to oversee the commercial sales strategy and lead a small team. The role involves managing tendering and contract negotiation while ensuring profitable growth. Candidates should have experience in construction or a similar environment and demonstrate strong commercial judgement.
The package includes a salary of £60,000 - £70,000, a company car or allowance, and various employee benefits.
Unyk Solutions are proud to be exclusively representing a well-established, privately owned specialist operating within the perimeter security and fencing sector, working across construction, infrastructure and commercial projects.
The business delivers technically sound, practical solutions across a wide range of schemes, built on long-standing client relationships and consistent project delivery.
They are now looking to appoint a Commercial Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial function and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a new leadership role reporting into the Managing Directors.
You’ll be responsible for the full commercial sales process, from early opportunity and tender stage through to contract award and handover to operations.
A key part of the role will be leading a small team of three across estimating and contracts support, making sure bids are commercially right, properly put together, and aligned with operational capability.
You’ll be working closely with operations, design and finance to make sure the business is winning the right work, at the right margin, and delivering it properly.
This is a proper leadership hire with real ownership.
You’ll be running the commercial side of the business day to day, working closely with the Managing Directors, and having a direct impact on how the company wins work and grows going forward.
It suits someone who knows their way around tenders and pricing, but also wants to lead a team and be involved in the bigger commercial decisions.
