Waitrose & Partners prides itself on being different. Our intention is to combine the convenience of a supermarket with the expertise and service of a specialist food shop. Add this to our unswerving dedication to our customers and the highest respect for our suppliers (the provenance and traceability of our food is vital) and, of course, the environment and you can start to see we're a bit more than 'just' a supermarket. We are recruiting for 2 Commercial Reporting Analysts to join the Waitrose & Partners Commercial and Own Brand Team; these are brand new roles in our structure. One role will report into Ben Abram, Category Manager, and the other into Hannah Eames, Manager, Own Brand Strategy.

You will set up and improve regular performance reporting and lead strategic projects to optimize performance, maintaining a focus on customer, market, and branch connections.
These analysts are dynamic, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, playing a crucial role in the fast-paced Commercial team. There are no direct reports for these roles.
