A leading company is seeking two Commercial Reporting Analysts to join their team in Bracknell. The roles involve providing analysis and insights to inform strategy and decision-making. We are recruiting for 2 Commercial Reporting Analysts to join the Waitrose & Partners Commercial and Own Brand Team; these are brand new roles in our structure. One role will report to Ben Abram, Category Manager, and the other to Hannah Eames, Manager, Own Brand Strategy.
Contract Type: 2 x permanent positions
Location: Bracknell-based with hybrid working; expectation to go into the office around 2-3 days per week
Salary range: £59,000 - £110,000
Expected salary: £59,000 - £80,000
Partnership Level: 6
2-stage interview process: 1st stage virtual w/c 9th & 16th June
As a key member of the Commercial team at Waitrose, you will be responsible for providing robust analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform strategy and decision-making, driving performance improvements. You will set up and continuously improve regular performance reporting and lead strategic reporting projects to shape, optimize, and enhance performance. Our Commercial Reporting Analysts are dynamic, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement, playing a vital role in our fast-paced team. There are no direct reports for these positions.
