Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Regulatory Solicitor for their Oxfordshire team. You will advise on regulatory, consumer and commercial matters across sectors, including food, digital and advertising law, developing specialist expertise and client relationships.

With 4+ PQE, you will handle regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, ASA complaints, and support new product launches, while contributing to business development and the growth of the regulatory practice within a

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in regulatory law.
Experience advising on regulatory, consumer and commercial matters across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

Advise on broad regulatory, consumer and commercial matters including food, consumer protection, digital, e-commerce, advertising law.
Develop specialist expertise in digital, product regulation, labeling and advertising; provide pragmatic, risk-based regulatory advice.
Manage regulatory investigations, enforcement actions and ASA complaints; support product launches and market entry.
Build client relationships, contribute to business development, and support supervision and wider team leadership.
